To get the most out of your candle:

• Trim the wick to ¼ inch before each burn.

• Allow the wax to melt evenly across the surface before blowing it out (especially on the first burn).

• Avoid burning your candle for more than 4 hours at a time.

Orders typically ship within 3-5 business days. Custom orders may take longer, depending on design requests. You will receive a tracking number once your order has shipped.

Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns. However, if your candle arrives damaged or defective, please email us within 48 hours with a photo, and we’ll work to make it right.
